This photo is of Bert's wife, Lucy E. (Davis) Roberson, and their firstborn son, Charles Bernace Roberson. He was born 8 June 1909, so this picture was probably taken about 1912. The young woman standing next to Lucy is unknown, but may be her sister, Saphronia Rachel Davis.
Their other son, Frank Woodrow Roberson, was born 20 March 1918, so this picture was definitely taken well before then.
